These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tlk999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tlk999 website available at tlk999.bet, including all associated games, sports betting markets, financial transaction services, and any other features or content made available through the Platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the tlk999 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

tlk999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to players. The most current version will always be published on this page. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

Key terms used throughout this agreement

• "Account" The personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the tlk999 Platform, used to access games, place bets, manage funds, and receive bonuses.
• "Balance" / "Wallet" The BDT-denominated funds held within a Player's tlk999 Account, consisting of real-money funds and, where applicable, separately tracked bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" Promotional credits awarded by tlk999 to a Player's Account, subject to wagering requirements and the specific bonus terms in force at the time of award.
• "KYC" Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process mandated by tlk999 before a Player may make withdrawals or access certain account features.
• "Platform" The tlk999 website, mobile-web interface, all associated software, and any services provided through the domain tlk999.bet.
• "BDT" / "৳" Bangladeshi Taka — the official currency of Bangladesh and the base currency of all financial transactions on the tlk999 Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" Any real-money stake placed on a casino game outcome, sports event, or other available market on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" Any country, region, or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted under applicable law or Platform policy.

Requirements to open and maintain a tlk999 account

To register an account and use the tlk999 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:

Deposits, withdrawals, and payment processing on tlk999

All financial transactions on the tlk999 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). tlk999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and selected local bank transfers. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change and may vary by account type and verification status.

Withdrawals are processed only to accounts that have successfully completed KYC verification. tlk999 may request additional documentation at any stage of the withdrawal process to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of BST processing hours (09:00–23:00 Bangladesh Standard Time) will be queued and processed the following day.

tlk999 does not accept cryptocurrency, gift cards, or voucher-based payment instruments. Any attempt to use such methods will result in the transaction being rejected and the associated Account being reviewed for potential suspension.

All content published on the tlk999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, game interfaces, and the compilation of all such content — is the exclusive property of tlk999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or otherwise exploit any part of the tlk999 Platform or its content for commercial purposes without the express written consent of tlk999. Unauthorised use of any tlk999 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tlk999 and its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if tlk999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

tlk999's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their tlk999 Account during the thirty-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tlk999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By creating an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

tlk999 will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Personal data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (including KYC verification agencies, payment processors, and fraud prevention services) strictly to the extent necessary for the operation of the Platform and in compliance with applicable data protection standards.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial contract law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the tlk999 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation by contacting tlk999 customer support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of formal notification, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if that is not possible, severed from these Terms without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

tlk999's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver of any breach shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific bonus or promotion terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and tlk999 with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
